Delphina Rinaldi Abdel Aziz Hospital is a PPP between the state of Amazonas and OZN Health concessionaire. The Hospital had its construction completed in 2015 and, since then, it is in operation, serving exclusively by SUS.
The concession, acquired 100% by OPY Health in January 2020, has a term of 20 years (until 2033), and can be extended for more than 15 years. The partnership expects that the State provides assistance services and Opy Health is responsible for all necessary investment and all other non-medical services.
The hospital is the largest in the northern region of the country and is considered a reference for the quality of its facilities and equipment.
1st Hospital in Brazil to have the AQUA-HQE Label of sustainable construction.
First public hospital in Amazonas to obtain the NBR ISO 9001: 2015 label in non-assistance processes.
It has monthly operational performance assessment, conducted by an independent audit, in order to guarantee quality in the care of patients and companions.
