Rogério Bolzani Caldas is the CEO of Opy Health and an Executive at IG4 Operations Company. He was the founder and CFO of Opy since 2019 to 2024. Throughout his career, Caldas has filled leadership positions in Finance, Strategy, and Business Development in publicly-traded and privately-held multinational and family-owned companies, in the retail, media, and telecommunications sectors.
He served as the CFO of Shoulder, a fashion retail company, and as a Controller, Strategy Manager, and Board Advisor at Casas Pernambucanas. He was the Senior Manager of Strategic Planning at Grupo Abril and Telefônica | VIVO.
Caldas holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP), and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV.

Thiago Nery Python is an Executive with over 16 years of experience in Management and Engineering, Python was São Paulo Regional Director at Iguá Saneamento, having led teams working with concession contracts and PPPs in different cities of the state of São Paulo.
He worked as an Investment Manager at Dreen Brasil and a General Construction Manager at Construtora OAS LTDA, where he took part in undertakings such as Ponte Estaiada Roberto Marinho, TRT-SP, TST-DF, and REVAP and RENEST refineries.
Python holds an Executive MBA degree in Finance from Insper-SP, a postgraduate degree in Project Management (PMI) from FIA-SP, and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Mackenzie Presbyterian University.

Gustavo Buffara is IG4 Capital Managing Director and CFO. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Iguá Saneamento and a member of the company’s Sustainability CommittBeforeudit Committee. Prior to IG4, Buffara was a Senior Director and Managing Director at RK Partners, an advisory firm specializing in debt restructuring and operational turnaround.
Gustavo was Deputy Director at GP Investments, being responsible for investments in the Brazilian infrastructure and telecommunications sectors. During this period, he was also part of GP Investments' first team to work at BR Towers, being responsible for structuring the company and designing a 100-day plan along with the company’s C-Level executives.
Previously, Gustavo served as a Senior Consultant at Bain & Co. and was the head of Planning, M&A, and Regulatory Strategy at Telefônica group.
Graduated in Public Administration from EAESP-FGV (Getúlio Vargas Foundation), hand e holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from IMD in Switzerland.

Helcio Tokeshi is a Managing Director and Chief Economist at IG4 Capital, and a member of IG4 Capital Private Equity Fund II Investment Committee. Before joining IG4, he served as a Secretary at the Treasury Division of the State of São Paulo (2016-2018). Before that, he was a Partner at GP Investments, where he worked with infrastructure investments, and a Managing Director at EBP (Estrutura Brasileira de Projetos), a company dedicated to infrastructure undertakings in partnership with BNDES and the Brazilian federal government. Before EBP, Helcio worked at McKinsey from 1999-2004 and 2006-2008. He also worked as Secretary of Economic Monitoring for the Ministry of Finance and worked as an Economist at the World Bank in Washington, D.C.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo, a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Campinas (Unicamp), and has completed his Ph.D. at the University of California, Berkeley.

Otávio Silveira is the former CEO of Opy Health and a Managing Director at IG4 Operations Company. As the former CEO of Iguá Saneamento (2014-2017) and Dreen Brasil Investimentos (2008-2014), a renewable energy business he was involved with since its foundation. Besides working in the healthcare, sanitation, and energy industries, Silveira also worked at Intervias, a highway operation company, from 2000 to 2004. He is also a member of the Environmental Analysis, Risk, and Planning Committee at Iguá Saneamento. Silveira holds an MBA degree from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), an MBA degree in Economic Engineering from Fundação Dom Cabral, and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais.

Paulo Mattos is the co-founder, Managing Partner, and CEO of IG4 Capital. Before starting IG4 Capital, Mattos was a partner at RK Partners, a consulting firm specializing in debt restructuring and operational turnarounds, and the Managing Director of GP Investments, a Latin American leading alternative investment firm.
Mattos was the Head of Infrastructure and Telecommunication Investments at GP Investments and a member of the Investment Committee (2012-2016). He was the founder of BR Towers S.A., Brazil’s first large independent cell phone tower company, in which he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors (2012 to 2014). BR Towers S.A. was later sold to American Tower Corporation.
Before joining GP Investments, Mattos was the Executive Vice President of Business Strategy, Wholesale, and Regulatory Affairs at Oi S.A (2009-2012), the largest telecommunications company in Brazil at the time. At Oi, he served on the Executive Committee, the Financial Risks Committee, and the Operations Committee. Mattos also worked at the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES) as a Managing Director, was a member of the Credit and Investment Committee, and was Head of the Management Committee (2007-2009).
Currently, Mattos is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Iguá Saneamento SA (2017-), one of the main private water and sanitation companies in Brazil, and Member of the Board of Directors of OPY Health SA (2019-), a healthcare company that provides infrastructure and logistics services to hospitals and medical service operators, of which IG4 Capital is the controlling shareholder.
Mattos is a venture capitalist and the co-founder of Capital Lab Ventures, a platform started with proprietary capital gathering venture capital investments focused on Telecommunications, Media, and Technology – TMT.
Additionally, he is the co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of Instituto Iguá, a nonprofit organization focused on promoting new technologies and education for sustainable access to water and sanitation. He is also a member of the Fiscal Council of Associação Universitária Interamericana – AUI, a nonprofit educational group that operates schools in Brazil.
Mattos holds a J.D. and Ph.D. degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), was a Fullbright Visiting Scholar at Yale University and is a visiting fellow at King’s College London. He is a permanent member of the Board of Directors of Centro Brasileiro de Análise e Planejamento – CEBRAP and a former associate professor at Getulio Vargas Foundation – FGV, a leading think tank in public policy and business administration.
Rogério Melzi holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mackenzie University, a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, and an MBA (Master in Business Administration) from Stanford University.
Throughout his career, he has worked for major companies such as Bardella, Booz-Allen & Hamilton, AmBev (now AB-Inbev), Suzano Holding and Estácio Participações, where he served as CEO. Melzi is currently co-chairman of the Board of Directors of Cyrela, one of the largest real estate developers in Brazil, and, in august 2022 has been part of the Administrative Council of Hospital Care, a health services network. Five years ago was one of the founder of the company and had served as CEO in the same period.
