Mateus Renault is CEO at Opy Health. Prior to joining IG4, Mateus was a Summer Associate at Somos Educação, a Tarpon Investimentos portfolio company (2017). Prior to that, Mateus worked as a Turnaround Specialist at Banco Votorantim (2014-2016), as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs (2013-2014) and as an Equity Research Analyst at Espirito Santo Investment Bank (2011-2013). Mateus holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Brasilia (UnB).

Felipe Tonetti is a Business Administration graduate from the University of São Paulo, with extensive expertise in private equity funds and project structuring. Prior to joining Opy, he served as Investment Director at IG4 Capital, where he led and structured new investments. This included overseeing Opy Health, where he also coordinated the Investment, Human Resources (People), and Audit Committees.

Thiago Nery Python is an Executive with over 16 years of experience in Management and Engineering, Python was São Paulo Regional Director at Iguá Saneamento, having led teams working with concession contracts and PPPs in different cities of the state of São Paulo.

He worked as an Investment Manager at Dreen Brasil and a General Construction Manager at Construtora OAS LTDA, where he took part in undertakings such as Ponte Estaiada Roberto Marinho, TRT-SP, TST-DF, and REVAP and RENEST refineries.

Python holds an Executive MBA degree in Finance from Insper-SP, a postgraduate degree in Project Management (PMI) from FIA-SP, and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Mackenzie Presbyterian University.
