QUALITY POLICY
To promote a culture of Quality focused on infrastructure services and hospital management through continuous improvement of processes, valuing the safety of our employees and patients. Our goal is to promote, improve, and enhance contributions as well as stimulate teamwork through open, transparent, simple, and consistent communication, thus ensuring that the needs of our customers are met, as well as guaranteeing the effectiveness of our services towards becoming a reference in Public-Private Partnership in the North region.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
The operations of Hospital Delphina Aziz are based on social-environmental commitments that are driven to:
- Promote the culture of good environmental practices through permanent education and awareness actions focused on the sense of responsibility of each individual;
- Encourage waste reduction and recycling and reduce the use of resources such as water and energy;
- Adopt a unified strategy that reduces or offsets greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions;
- Provide resources required for the implementation of this policy and the Environmental Management System, continuously improving activities, processes, and services.
- Operate towards preventing environmental pollution, ensuring effective control of activities, in addition to influencing suppliers and contractors to continuously improve their socio-environmental performance;
- Minimize impacts, respecting and complying with legal requirements.
