Opy Health is the concessionaire that holds the administrative concession that will carry out the construction works for the implementation of Hospital Delphina Rinaldi Abdel Aziz and operate the hospital complex, for 20 years. Effective in 2020, the contract between Opy Health and the Government of the State of Amazonas through SES focuses on offering non-medical support services, including infrastructure, emergency and elective care, diagnostic and therapeutic support, clinical management, humanized care to patients, and social projects.

OUR SERVICES
CLINICAL ENGINEERING
We are responsible for managing hospital and medical equipment and we perform preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, and validation processes in accordance with the standards of healthcare control agencies.
STERILIZED MATERIAL CENTER
The center provides technical support to all care sectors, and it is responsible for tasks such as processing, cleaning, preparation, sterilization, storage, and distribution of supplies to all sectors of the hospital, providing sterilized and disinfected material.
CLEANING
Hospital hygiene is an important tool to control the spread of diseases. Surface cleaning and disinfection are highly important for the well-being and safety of patients, professionals, and families that use healthcare services.
NUTRITION AND DIETETICS
We offer a service that guarantees a healthy and balanced diet for hospitalized patients, their legal caregivers, and hospital employees, ensuring a balanced, quality, and wholesome diet.
LINEN ROOM
BUILDING MAINTENANCE
This department is responsible for the technological resources used in the hospital, involving the collection, storage, processing, selection, comparison, distribution, and evaluation of data.
