Procedures for the guided technical tour at Metropolitano:

• Guided technical tours at Metropolitano take place twice a month, on Wednesdays from 2 pm to 5 pm.
• The maximum duration allowed, per day, for the guided technical tour is 3 hours.
• For group tours, the maximum number is 5 (five) members.
• Tours will be subject to the availability of the responsible areas and will be taken according to the requested date.
• The applicant will receive a response within 15 days.

Important:

• The hospital has a parking lot and a cafeteria that are operated by third-party contractors. Visitors will pay for those services.
• Photographs, filming, or recordings are not allowed on the hospital premises during the entire period of the guided technical tour.

On the day of the guided technical tour:

• Entrance to the tour must be through the employee access entrance, located at Rua Dona Luiza, 311 – Milionários, Belo Horizonte – State of Minas Gerais.
• All visitors must hold a photo ID to enter the premises. Only participants whose information has been previously entered in the form will be allowed to enter.
• If visitors bring their equipment (such as laptops, stethoscopes, blood pressure devices), the equipment will be registered upon entry and confirmed upon exit.
• At the end of the visit, in the exit hall, everyone will go through a bag or backpack check (standard security procedure of the hospital).
• Wearing a PFF2 mask or a surgical mask is mandatory.
